That finding cannot be called into question by the wording of Article 97(4) of the Rules of Procedure, which provides that the introduction of
an application for legal aid suspends the period prescribed for the bringing of the action until the date of notification of the order making a decision on that application, because in the present case the applicant did not apply for legal aid until 18 November 2009, that is to say, when the time-limits for bringing actions against all three of the abovementioned decisions of the
selection board had ...[+++]already expired.
Cette constatation ne saurait être infirmée par le libellé de l’article 97, paragraphe 4, du règlement de procédure, d’après lequel l’introduction d’une demande d’aide judiciaire suspend le délai prévu pour l’introduction du recours jusqu’à la date de la notification de l’ordonnance statuant sur la demande, car, en l’espèce, la requérante a demandé son admission au bénéfice de l’aide judiciaire seulement le 18 novembre 2009, c’est-à-dire alors que les délais de recours étaient, pour les trois décisions susmentionnées du jury du concours, déjà expirés.
