Incidentally, a discussion within the last year or so that I remember being part of with community people and representatives from the Department of Canadian Heritage revealed to me that francophone organizations outside of Quebec do not have, on a provincial level — some on a provincial level but not on a national level — organizations specifically devoted to heritage.
