As a Liberal I would willingly leave everything to the market, of course – and I know that Mr Hökmark, too, has a liberal soul – but we must also recognise that this is not happening in rail transport or education, and so even the Liberals have to admit that other ways must be found of obtaining investment in this.
En tant que libéral, je laisserais bien sûr volontiers le marché gérer tout cela - et je sais que M. Hökmark a lui aussi un esprit libéral -, mais force est de reconnaître qu’il n’en est pas ainsi dans le transport ferroviaire ou dans l’éducation. Donc, même les libéraux doivent admettre qu’il faut trouver d’autres manières d’obtenir des investissements dans ce domaine.
