In accordance with Article 13(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 in conjunction with Article 6 thereof and in the light of current scientific and technical knowledge, it is necessary to amend the conditions of approval of iron sulphate, repellents by smell of animal or plant origin/tall oil crude and repellents by smell of animal or plant origin/tall oil pitch. It is, in particular, appropriate to require further confirmatory information as regards those active substances.
Conformément à l’article 13, paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE) no 1107/2009, en liaison avec son article 6, et au regard des connaissances scientifiques et techniques actuelles, il est nécessaire de modifier les conditions d’approbation du sulfate de fer, des répulsifs olfactifs d’origine animale ou végétale/tallol brut et des répulsifs olfactifs d’origine animale ou végétale/brai de tallol. Il convient notamment d’exiger des informations confirmatives supplémentaires en ce qui concerne ces substances actives.
