Key procedural elements relating to the exercise of federal minister authority to approve decisions of the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board include the following: one, a 60-day limit, or such further period as may be agreed upon by the minister and the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board, in which to disallow a decision of the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board with written reasons; two, where the minister has rejected the decision within the time period, the minister is deemed to have accepted the decision of the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board; three, where a decision is disallowed, there would be a requirement that the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board reconsider its decision in light of the written reasons supplied by the minister and make a final decision, which the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board shall make public and forward to the minister for final approval.

173 (1) In this section, " responsible person" means a portfolio manager and every individual who is a partner, director or officer of a portfolio manager together with every affiliate of a portfolio manager and every individual who is a director, officer or employee of such affiliate or who is an employee of the portfolio manager, if the affiliate or the individual participates in the formulation of, or has access prior to implementation to investment decisions made on behalf of or the advice given to the client of the portfolio manager.

This Decision is designed to form part of a coherent framework which also includes Decision No 573/2007/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 23 May 2007 establishing the European Refugee Fund for the period 2008 to 2013 as part of the General programme ‘Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows’ and repealing Council Decision 2004/904/EC , Decision No 574/2007/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 23 May 2007 establishing the External Borders Fund for the period 2007 to 2013 as part of the General programme ‘Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows’ and Decision No 575/2007/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 23 May 2007 establishing the European Return Fund for the period 2008 to 2013 as part of the General programme ‘Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows’ , which aims to address the issue of fairly sharing responsibilities between Member States as concerns the financial burden arising from the introduction of integrated management of the European Union's external borders and from the implementation of common policies on asylum and immigration, as developed in accordance with Title IV of Part 3 of the Treaty.
La présente décision est conçue pour s'inscrire dans un cadre cohérent qui inclut également la décision no 573/2007/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 23 mai 2007 portant création du Fonds européen pour les réfugiés pour la période 2008-2013 dans le cadre du programme général «Solidarité et gestion des flux migratoires» et abrogeant la décision 2004/904/CE du Conseil , la décision no 574/2007/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 23 mai 2007 portant création du Fonds pour les frontières extérieures pour la période 2007-2013 dans le cadre du programme général «Solidarité et gestion des flux migratoires» et la décision no 575/2007/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 23 mai 2007 portant création du Fonds européen pour le retour pour la période 2008-2013 dans le cadre du programme général «Solidarité et gestion des flux migratoires» , qui a pour objectif de traiter la question du partage équitable des responsabilités entre États membres au regard de la charge financière découlant de l'introduction d'une gestion intégrée des frontières extérieures de l'Union et de la mise en œuvre des politiques communes d'asile et d'immigration, élaborées conformément à la troisième partie, titre IV, du traité.
