Following the work we did in committee on the question of the guaranteed income supplement, my colleague from Champlain, Mr. Gagnon, toured across Quebec, where he has met 18 groups to date in an attempt to conduct a more in-depth search for solutions to make people eligible for the guaranteed income supplement and so that those who are not receiving it can receive it.
À la suite du travail que nous avions fait en comité sur la question du supplément de revenu garanti, mon collègue de Champlain, M. Gagnon, a fait une tournée dans tout le Québec, où il a rencontré 18 groupes jusqu'à maintenant pour essayer d'aller plus à fond dans la recherche de solutions pour faire en sorte que les gens admissibles au supplément de revenu garanti et qui ne le reçoivent pas, puissent le recevoir.
