Moreover, calls on the Member States to give particular attention to the recognition at Community level of diplomas and other qualifications issued by all European conservatoires, arts academies and other official schools for the performing arts enabling their holders to work and study in all Member States, in accordance with the Bologna Process; in this connection urges the Member States to promote formal arts studies providing high-quality personal and vocational training enabling students to develop their artistic talents and at the same time a good general education opening up prospects in other professional fields; stresses also the importance of proposing measures at European level to facilitate the recognition in the European Union of diplomas and other qualifications issued by national conservatoires and arts academies in third countries so as to facilitate the mobility of artists seeking to enter a Member State;
15. demande par ailleurs aux États membres de porter une attention toute particulière à la reconnaissance au niveau communautaire des diplômes et autres certificats délivrés par l'ensemble des conservatoires, écoles nationales artistiques européennes et autres écoles officielles des arts du spectacle, afin de permettre à leurs détenteurs de travailler et d'étudier dans l'ensemble des États membres, conformément au processus de Bologne; invite, à cet égard, tous les États membres à encourager les études artistiques de type scolaire, offrant une bonne formation personnelle et professionnelle qui permette à l'élève de développer son talent artistique, tout en bénéficiant d'un enseignement généraliste lui ouvrant des perspectives dans un autre secteur professionnel; souligne également l'importance de proposer des initiatives à l'échelle européenne pour faciliter la reconnaissance des diplômes et autres certificats délivrés par les conservatoires et les écoles nationales artistiques de pays tiers, afin de favoriser la mobilité des artistes vers les États membres;
