Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. Examples of the activities carried out and results achieved: 9 regional training events on EMCDDA working methods with 130 beneficiary country experts trained; corresponding 6 national training events with 60 people trained; 10 National Focal Points appointed, i.e. one in each beneficiary country; 10 National Action Plans on Drug Information Systems ready to be implemented; each 10 beneficiaries have prepared the 2001 National Reports on Drugs Situation in their respective country, and the 2002 Reports are being finalised; the 2002 First Regional Report on the state of the drugs problem in the candidate CEECs is to be launched early October; updated web-site at the EMCDDA for the beneficiaries (how to do required measures), etc.
Quelques exemples d'activités exécutées et de résultats obtenus : organisation de 9 modules régionaux de formation sur les méthodes de travail de l'OEDT et formation de 130 experts des pays bénéficiaires; organisation de 6 modules nationaux correspondants et formation de 60 personnes; mise en place de 10 points focaux nationaux, à savoir un dans chaque pays bénéficiaire; élaboration de 10 plans nationaux d'action, prêts à être mis en oeuvre, sur les systèmes d'information en matière de drogues; élaboration par chacun des 10 bénéficiaires d'un rapport national 2001 sur la situation de la drogue dans leur pays respectif et achèvement en cours des rapports de 2002; diffusion, au début d'octrobre, du premier rapport régional sur l'état du problème de la drogue dans les PECO candidats; mise à niveau du site Internet de l'OEDT à l'attention des bénéficiaires (comment exécuter les mesures souhaitées), etc.
