Mr Roche, the thing which interests me most at the moment is a news item that continues to elude us: our fellow MEP, or better, the Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mrs de Palacio Vallelersundi, will in the next few hours submit to the Presidency of the Council of the European Union a proposal, discussed again yesterday in Toledo, made specifically by or put forward by Shimon Perez, with the full and total support of the Minister for Palestinian Affairs, Nabil Sha’ath.
Monsieur Roche, ce qui m’intéresse le plus pour l’instant, c’est une information qui continue à nous échapper: notre collègue ou, mieux, la ministre espagnole des affaires étrangères, Mme de Palacio Vallelersundi, soumettra dans les prochaines heures une proposition à la présidence du Conseil de l’Union européenne. Cette proposition, qui hier encore était discutée à Tolède, a été rédigée ou présentée tout spécialement par Shimon Perez et bénéficie du soutien total du ministre des affaires palestiniennes, Nabil Sha’ath.
