2. The texts of this Agreement drawn up in official languages of Contracting Member States other than those specified in paragraph 1 shall, if they have been approved by the Administrative Committee, be considered as official texts.
2. Les textes du présent accord établis dans des langues officielles des États membres contractants autres que celles mentionnées au paragraphe 1 sont, s'ils ont été approuvés par le comité administratif, considérés comme des textes officiels.

3. The review referred to in paragraph 1 shall in particular address the scope and impact of this Directive, including the extent of the increase in re-use of public sector documents, the effects of the principles applied to charging and the re-use of official texts of a legislative and administrative nature, the interaction between data protection rules and re-use possibilities, as well as further possibilities of improving the proper functioning of the internal market and the development of the European content industry’.
3. Le réexamen visé au paragraphe 1 porte notamment sur le champ d’application et l’incidence de la présente directive, y compris l’importance de l’augmentation de la réutilisation des documents du secteur public, les effets des principes de tarification appliqués et la réutilisation des textes officiels à caractère législatif et administratif, l’interaction entre les dispositions relatives à la protection des données et les possibilités de réutilisation, ainsi que les possibilités supplémentaires d’améliorer le fonctionnement du marché intérieur et le développement de l’industrie européenne de contenu».

Public sector bodies should promote and encourage re-use of documents, including official texts of a legislative and administrative nature in those cases where the public sector body has the right to authorise their re-use.
