Whereas, pursuant to subsection 15(1) of the Canada Oil and Gas Operations ActFootnote , a copy of proposed Regulations respecting the issuance of certificates of fitness for offshore oil and gas production, drilling, accommodation and diving installations, substantially in the form annexed hereto, was published in the Canada Gazette Part I on May 14, 1994 and interested persons were afforded an opportunity to make representations with respect thereto;
Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 15(1) de la Loi sur les opérations pétrolières au CanadaNote de bas de page , le projet de Règlement concernant la délivrance de certificats de conformité à l’égard des installations de production, de forage, de plongée et d’habitation destinées à l’exploitation du pétrole et du gaz au large des côtes, conforme en substance au texte ci-après, a été publié dans la Gazette du Canada Partie I le 14 mai 1994 et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter leurs observations à cet égard,
