In his opening speech, Mr Josly PIETTE, vice-president of the ESC, emphasised that "the fact that civil society organisations, gathered together at European level, are backing this contribution to the Summit debates constitutes the Committee's raison d'être.
Dans son discours d'ouverture, M. Josly PIETTE, vice-président du CES, a tenu à souligner combien "le fait que la société civile organisée, rassemblée au niveau européen, fasse bloc derrière cette contribution aux débats du Sommet constitue la raison d'être proprement dite du Comité.
