Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. Hoang Mai: En ce qui a trait au projet de nouveau pont sur le fleuve Saint-Laurent: a) pourquoi n’a-t-on pas fait état, dans le budget de 2012, de la planification à long terme du pont projeté; b) les estimations de coûts ont-elles été précisées depuis que les estimations initiales de trois à cinq milliards de dollars ont été avancées, et comment ces coûts estimés sont-ils ventilés, de façon aussi détaillée que possible actuellement; c) quels autres facteurs faut-il prendre en compte pour préciser les estimations; d) à quel moment du processus d’analyse financière le Conseil du Trésor du Canada ou le ministère des Finances interviendront-ils, et dans quelle mesure; e) Transports Canada a-t-il choisi le modèle de financement et, le cas échéant, quel est-il et pourquoi; f) y aura-t-il des consultations publiques au sujet du modèle de financement; g) a-t-on créé des modèles économiques pour comprendre les répercussions financières des diverses options du projet; h) est-ce que le partenariat public-privé (PPP) est toujours une option, (i) qui doit prendre part au processus décisionnel entourant le PPP, (ii) a-t-on pris des mesures concrètes dans le but d'arrêter une décision, (iii) y aura-t-il des consultations publiques au sujet du PPP; i) Transports Canada a-t-il pris une décision au sujet du type de structure privilégié (pont ou tunnel); j) quels sont les premiers résultats de la collaboration du gouvernement avec la province de Québec pour ce qui est d’intégrer le transport en commun sur le nouveau pont; k) Transports Canada a-t-il participé à l’étude sur l’intégration d’une ligne de train léger sur rail (TLR) sur le pont, (i) à quelle étape du processus de planification le gouvernement définira-t-il les paramètres du transport collectif sur le pont, (ii) comment le gouvernement coordonne-t-il le processus de planification avec le gouvernement du Québec, l’Agence métropolitaine de transport et les autres parties intéressées, (iii) quand a ...
