Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. These include self-report data, analysis of blood and other body fluids, characteristic physical and psychological symptoms, clinical signs and behaviour, and other evidence such as a drug being in the patient's possession or reports from informed third parties. Many drug users take more than one type of psychoactive substance. The main diagnosis should be classified, whenever possible, according to the substance or class of substances that has caused or contributed most to the presenting clinical syndrome. Other diagnoses should be coded when other psychoactive substances have been taken in intoxicating amounts (common fourth character .0) or to the extent of causing harm (common fourth character .1), dependence (common fourth character .2) or other disorders (common fourth character .3-.9). According to Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 473/2002 of 15 March 2002 amending Annexes I, II and VI to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs, and laying down detailed rules as regards the transmission of information on the use of copper compounds , Member States applying the derogation provided for the maximum levels of copper compounds shall, before 30 June 2002, inform the Commission and the other Member States about the measures taken to implement the derogation and shall, before 31 December 2004, provide a report on the implementation and the results of these measures.
Conformément à l'article 2 du règlement (CE) no 473/2002 de la Commission du 15 mars 2002 modifiant les annexes I, II et VI du règlement (CEE) no 2092/91 du Conseil concernant le mode de production biologique de produits agricoles et sa présentation sur les produits agricoles et les denrées alimentaires, et arrêtant les modalités de la communication des informations relatives à l'utilisation des composés du cuivre , les États membres appliquant la dérogation prévue pour les teneurs maximales en composés du cuivre communiquent à la Commission et aux autres États membres, avant le 30 juin 2002, les mesures qu'ils ont prises pour mettre en œuvre la dérogation et, avant le 31 décembre 2004, un rapport sur la mise en œuvre et sur les résultats de ces mesures.
