Que les documents reçus, les témoignages entendus, et les travaux accomplis par le Comité sénatorial permanent des affaires juridiques et constitutionnelles au cours de son étude du projet de loi C-15, Loi modifiant la Loi réglementant certaines drogues et autres substances et apportant des modifications connexes et corrélatives à d'autres lois, durant la deuxième session de la quarantième législature, et du projet de loi S-10, Loi modifiant la Loi réglementant certaines drogues et autres substances et apportant des modifications connexes et corrélatives à d'autres lois, durant la troisième session de la quarantième législature; et que les documents reçus et les témoignages entendus par le Comité sénatorial spécial sur l'antiterrorisme au cours de son étude du projet de loi S-7, Loi visant à décourager le terrorisme et modifiant la Loi sur l'immunité des États, durant la troisième session de la quarantième législature, et par le Comité sénatorial permanent des affaires juridiques et constitutionnelles au cours de son étude du projet de loi S-225, Loi modifiant la Loi sur l'immunité des États et le Code criminel (décourager le terrorisme en permettant un recours civil contre les auteurs d'actes terroristes et ceux qui les soutiennent), durant la deuxième session de la trente-neuvième législature, soient renvoyés au Comité sénatorial permanent des affaires juridiques et constitutionnelles en vue de son étude du projet de loi C-10, Loi édictant la Loi sur la justice pour les victimes d'actes de terrorisme et modifiant la Loi sur l'immunité des États, le Code criminel, La Loi réglementant certaines drogues et autres substances, la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, la Loi sur le système de justice pénale pour les adolescents, la Loi sur l'immigration et la protection des réfugiés et d'autres lois, durant la présente session.
