Could I appeal to you, Mr President, to consider, when Commissioner Palacio brings forward her nuclear package this autumn, that the very least that should be afforded to us in this Parliament and in national parliaments is the right of communication and consultation and full discussion on these matters, so that all our views for and against such issues can be properly aired.
Puis-je vous appeler, Monsieur le Président, à envisager, lorsque la commissaire Palacio déposera son paquet de mesures relatives au nucléaire cet automne, que ce Parlement et les parlements nationaux se voient accorder au minimum un droit de communication, de consultation et de discussion intégrale sur ces questions, de manière à ce que nos opinions favorables et défavorables en la matière soient proprement exprimées.
