TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. Where the unemployed person decides, in accordance with Article 65(2) of the basic Regulation, to make him/herself also available to the employment services in the Member State in which he pursued his last activity as an employed or self-employed person by registering there as a person seeking work, he shall inform the institution and employment services of the Member State of his place of residence.

Lorsque le chômeur décide, conformément à l’article 65, paragraphe 2, du règlement de base, de se mettre également à la disposition des services de l’emploi de l’État membre dans lequel il a exercé sa dernière activité salariée ou non salariée en s’y inscrivant comme demandeur d’emploi, il en informe l’institution et les services de l’emploi du lieu de résidence.

2. The unemployed person shall register as a person seeking work with the employment services of the Member State to which he goes in accordance with Article 64(1)(b) of the basic Regulation and shall provide the document referred to in paragraph 1 to the institution of that Member State.
