The fact that a candidate in an open competition to constitute a reserve pool of Bulgarian-language lawyer-linguists used a phonetic keyboard rather than a BDS keyboard prior to the competition and that he did not familiarise himself with the BDS keyboard, even though he was told that it would be used for the tests, is a circumstance particular to the candidate which cannot constitute a difference capable of resulting in a breach of the principle of equal treatment.
Le fait qu’un candidat à un concours général pour la constitution d’une réserve de recrutement de juristes linguistes de langue bulgare a, antérieurement au concours, utilisé un clavier phonétique plutôt qu’un clavier BDS et qu’il ne s’est pas familiarisé avec le clavier BDS alors qu’il a été informé que ce clavier serait utilisé pour les épreuves relève d’une circonstance propre au candidat laquelle ne saurait constituer une différence susceptible d’entraîner une violation du principe d’égalité de traitement.
