Commission Decision accepting undertakings given by the producers of photograph albums from South Korea and Hong Kong and terminating the investigation In December 1988 the Commission opened an anti-dumping inquiry concerning imports of photograph albums originating in South Korea or Hong Kong. The investigation revealed that imports from these two countries rose from 13 154 tonnes in 1985 to 22 206 tonnes in 1988.
