Senator Gauthier's motion is now an order of the Senate, and that order of the Senate requests that the Rules Committee study his proposal and report — and I would hope diligently, expeditiously — so that these matters do not pile up in some kind of a picnic basket where each player picks his own raspberries or strawberries and sandwiches.
