This conference, the first of its kind at Community level, accordingly aimed to analyse the in-depth nature of these relationships through, on the one hand, the motivations of the different "actors" in this field and their evaluation of the phenomenon and on the other hand by the different ways in which the relationship develops (subcontracting, financing, franchising, spin-offs, training/counselling, technology/research and development and export/piggy back).
Cette conférence, la première de ce genre au niveau communautaire, avait précisément pour objet d'analyser et d'approfondir la nature de ces relations de partenariat au travers d'une part des motivations des différents acteurs et de leur appréciation du phénomène, d'autre part des différentes modalitésque revêt ce partenariat (sous-traitance, financement, franchising, essaimage/spin-off, formation/conseil, technologie/RD, export/piggy- back).
