A coalition of nations and exiled Iraqis has also been hard at work on plans to build democratic institutions in Iraq, but Canada has largely been left out of these planning groups that are working towards freedom for the Iraqi people.

The planning took place in Geneva with two people, Barzan Ibrahim Hasanal-Tikriti, the former head of Iraqi intelligence and half-brother to Saddam Hussain, obviously disposing of huge amounts of Iraqi oil, later oil-for-food money; and a second gentleman by the name of Yeslam bin Laden, half-brother to Osama bin Laden.
