I ask the leader: how does your government intend to compensate Quebec and the other provinces, particularly since it is expected that this policy will fail? The policy has already been tested and brought into question by our neighbours to the south — the United States — including Texas, which has paid the price, and California, which practically went bankrupt because of it.
