In his speech to the European Parliament on 18 November 2003, President Prodi drew conclusions from the “Eurostat” affair, concerning communication flow and the clarity of the rules on OLAF’s operational activity.
Dans son discours prononcé devant le Parlement européen le 18 novembre 2003, le Président Prodi a tiré certaines leçons de l’affaire « Eurostat » concernant les flux de communication et la clarté des règles régissant l’activité opérationnelle de l’OLAF.
