Principales mesures de suivi Intensifier les efforts pour atteindre les objectifs du partenariat UE-Afrique 2020 en matière d'énergie, à savoir un approvisionnement fiable et sûr et un plus large accès à des services énergétiques durables, comme convenu par les ministres de l'UE et africains à Vienne en septembre 2010. This joint action should capitalise on the research and innovation projects listed below, foster their implementation in clinical practice, and make use of their results and outcomes: ‘Clinical decision making and outcome in routine care for people with severe mental illness’ (CEDAR) (34), ‘Children of Prisoners, Interventions Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health’ (COPING) (35), ‘European Network of Bipolar Research Expert Centres’ (ENBREC), ‘Prevalence, 1-year incidence and symptom severity of mental disorders in the elderly: Relationship to impairment, functioning (ICF) and service utilisation’ (MentDis_ICF65+) (36), ‘Financing systems’ effects on the Quality of Mental health care in Europe’ (REFINEMENT), ‘A Roadmap for Mental Health Research in Europe’ (ROAMER), ‘Save Young Lives in Europe: Promote health through prevention of risk-taking and self-destructive behaviours’ (SEYLE) (37), ‘Tailored implementation for chronic diseases’ (TICD) and ‘Work Together to Stop Truancy Among Youth’ (WE-STAY).

This entails making Europe more attractive to top researchers, from young and women researchers to highly-qualified scientists currently working abroad, and encouraging SME participation in every single thematic priority, in transnational collaborations, and in technology programmes through proportionate project funding and instruments tailored to their needs.

The point of these projects is to design, test and validate, assess and disseminate teaching material as well as innovative pedagogical methods tailored to the specific needs of each occupational area and economic sector, including through the use of language audits, and also innovatory pedagogical approaches based on language self-tuition and the dissemination of their results.
