IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

The total amount of remuneration for the rapporteur and the co-rapporteur(s) from either of the reduced amounts of the fee referred to in the first subparagraph shall correspond to the same proportion as the total amount of remuneration for the rapporteur and the co-rapporteur(s) from the fee laid down in point 1 of this Part for assessments involving one or two active substances and/or combinations of active substances.

In view of that, and to ensure the existence of adequate resources for the scientific assessments relating to the pharmacovigilance procedures carried out at Union level, the Agency should remunerate the scientific assessment services provided by the rapporteurs and, where applicable, co-rapporteurs appointed by Member States as members of the Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee referred to in point (aa) of Article 56(1) of Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 or, where relevant, provided by rapporteurs and co-rapporteurs in the coordination group referred to in Article 27 of Directive 2001/83/EC.
Compte tenu de ce qui précède, et pour s’assurer de l’existence de ressources suffisantes pour les évaluations scientifiques relatives aux procédures de pharmacovigilance menées à l’échelle de l’Union, il convient que l’Agence rémunère les services d’évaluation scientifique fournis par les rapporteurs et, le cas échéant, les corapporteurs nommés par les États membres en qualité de membres du comité pour l’évaluation des risques en matière de pharmacovigilance visé à l’article 56, paragraphe 1, point a bis), du règlement (CE) no 726/2004 ou, le cas échéant, fournis par les rapporteurs et corapporteurs au sein du groupe de coordination visé à l’article 27 de la directive 2001/83/CE.

5. Where the procedure referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article involves one substance or one combination of substances and one marketing authorisation holder, the Agency shall levy a reduced amount of the fee on that marketing authorisation holder and shall remunerate the national competent authority for the services provided by the rapporteur or the co-rapporteur as laid down in point 3 of Part III of the Annex.
5. Lorsque la procédure visée au paragraphe 1 du présent article concerne une seule substance ou une combinaison de substances et un seul titulaire d’autorisation de mise sur le marché, l’Agence perçoit un montant réduit de la redevance auprès dudit titulaire et rémunère l’autorité nationale compétente pour les services fournis par le rapporteur ou le corapporteur conformément à la partie III, point 3, de l’annexe.

The alternate members referred to in point (a) may be appointed to act as rapporteurs in accordance with Article 62.

4. The transfers of funds provided for in points (b) to (e) of paragraph 1 are intended to compensate competent authorities of a Member State for the work of the rapporteur or co-rapporteur and for any related scientific and technical support and shall be without prejudice to the obligation of Member States not to give instructions incompatible with the independence of the Agency.

Les transferts de fonds prévus aux points b) à e) du paragraphe 1 sont destinés à rémunérer les autorités compétentes d’un État membre pour les tâches exécutées par le rapporteur ou le corapporteur et pour toute aide scientifique ou technique y afférente et n’affectent pas l’obligation des États membres de ne pas donner d’instructions incompatibles avec l’indépendance de l’Agence.
