IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

More specifically, the Verbund undertakes to make available to Austria a new financial instrument, a profit participation right (Genussrecht). On the basis of that instrument, which has a small nominal value, Austria will receive profit-dependent distributions which will be senior to all other hybrid or dividend distributions. By [2020-2025], distributions on a profit participation right will amount to EUR 300 million, minus any payments received from the winding down of ÖVAG.
