(3) If a chemical or biochemical is added to the NDSL after the Minister of the Environment’s receipt of the information referred to in subparagraph 8(1)(b)(i), together with the information referred to in item 10 of Schedule 5, but the Minister has not received the information referred to in paragraph 8(1)(c), the period within which the Ministers must assess the information referred to in paragraph 7(1)(b) respecting that chemical or biochemical is 60 days after receipt of the notification referred to in subsection 8(2).

(7) Subject to subsection (8), for the purposes of an application made by a corporation, in this section referred to as “the amalgamated corporation”, that is the product of an amalgamation of a corporation, in this section referred to as “the amalgamating corporation”, that is, immediately prior to the time at which the amalgamation becomes effective, the holder of a current certificate under the Act, in this section referred to as “the prior certificate”, and one or more other corporations, the amalgamated corporation may elect, that where any information described in paragraph (1)(c) pertaining to the amalgamated corporation as at a time immediately after the time at which the amalgamation becomes effective may be determined with reference to information pertaining to the amalgamating corporation as at a time specified in the amalgamation agreement, such information pertaining to the amalgamating corporation and information and documentation described in paragraph (1)(b) or (c) in respect of any relevant investor shall be current as of the day or days referred to in subsection (1) for the purposes of the prior certificate.

Notwithstanding paragraph 1, each Member State shall ensure that each Reporting Financial Institution under its jurisdiction informs each individual Reportable Person concerned that the information relating to him referred to in Article 8(3a) will be collected and transferred in accordance with this Directive and shall ensure that the Reporting Financial Institution provides to that individual all information that he is entitled to under its domestic legislation implementing Directive 95/46/EC in sufficient time for the individual to exercise his data protection rights and, in any case, before the Reporting Financial Institution concerned reports the information referred to in Article 8(3a) to the competent authority of its Member State of residence.

However, the Member States may allow the parties to agree in the credit agreement that the information referred to in paragraph 1 is to be given to the consumer periodically where the change in the borrowing rate is correlated with a change in a reference rate, the new reference rate is made publicly available by appropriate means and the information concerning the new reference rate is kept available in the premises of the creditor and communicated personally to the consumer together with the amount of new periodic instalments.

A trade repository shall give a unique reference number to each document it submits and shall ensure that the information submitted clearly identifies which specific requirement of the delegated act with regard to regulatory technical standards specifying the details of the application for registration of trade repositories adopted pursuant to Article 56(3) of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 it refers to, in which document that information is provided and also provides a reason if the information is not submitted as outlined in the document references section of the Annex.

The Visa Information System shall be based on a centralised architecture and consist of a central information system, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Central Visa Information System’ (CS-VIS), an interface in each Member State, hereinafter referred to as ‘the National Interface’ (NI-VIS) which shall provide the connection to the relevant central national authority of the respective Member State, and the communication infrastructure between the Central Visa Information System and the National Interfaces.

132.2 (1) There shall be kept in the automated criminal conviction records retrieval system maintained by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, in a registry kept separate and apart from other criminal records, a record of every conviction for a sexual offence involving a child, which record shall include (a) the name of the person convicted of the offence and the person's address, if any, at the time of the conviction; (b) the section of the Criminal Code under which the person who committed the offence was convicted; (c) the details that describe the manner in which the person convicted of the offence committed the offence; (d) the date that a person convicted of a sexual offence involving a child is to be released on statutory release pursuant to an order made by the Board under section 130 or 131; and (e) any other information that may be prescribed by regulation (2) All the information included in a record kept in the registry referred to in subsection (1) shall be made available to a peace officer who is investigating a sexual offence involving a child where the officer requests such information (3) Where a person is convicted of a sexual offence involving a child, the police force responsible for the investigation of the offence shall provide a record of the offence, which shall include the information referred to in paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (e), for inclusion in the registry referred to in subsection (1)'.
132.2 (1) Le Commissaire de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada maintient, dans le fichier automatisé des relevés de condamnations criminelles, un registre, distinct des autres dossiers criminels, comportant l'inscription des déclarations de culpabilité de personnes à une infraction sexuelle mettant en cause un enfant.
