It was agreed that the draft report entitled: Relocation of Head Offices of Federal Institutions: Respect for Language Rights be adopted and that the Steering Committee be authorized to make the changes that were discussed and approved by the members, as well as the minor typographical and grammatical corrections deemed necessary, without however modifying the substance of the report and that the Chair table this report in the Senate at the earliest opportunity.
Il est convenu que le projet de rapport intitulé : Le déménagement de sièges sociaux d'institutions fédérales : des droits linguistiques à respecter soit adopté, que le Comité de direction soit autorisé à y apporter les changements discutés et approuvés par les membres ainsi que les corrections typographiques et grammaticales jugées nécessaires, sans toutefois en modifier la teneur, et que le président dépose le rapport au Sénat à la première occasion.
