I would urge you to allow the debate on this question of privilege to continue. Again, the question of privilege is not so much on the motion itself as on the intolerable action taken by the Leader of the Government in the House, who put this motion on the order paper, where it will remain indefinitely, thus posing a threat to our rights.
Je vous prierais de bien vouloir accepter que ce débat puisse se poursuivre sur cette question de privilège qui, je le répète encore une fois, ne porte pas tant sur la motion elle-même que sur le geste intolérable qui a été posé par le leader du gouvernement à la Chambre en inscrivant cette motion au Feuilleton, et qui le restera je ne sais trop combien de temps, constituant ainsi une menace à nos droits.
