A revised Labelling Directive will, when relevant, identify the labelling classes below which products will not be procured by or receive incentives from public authorities.

Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 1980/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 July 2000 on a revised Community eco-label award scheme , and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 6(1) thereof, after consulting the European Union Eco-Labelling Board,

IV. Without prejudice to any requirements under the Community eco-label scheme, where a model has been granted a "European Union eco-label" under Regulation (EC) No 1980/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 July 2000 on a revised Community eco-label award scheme(1), a copy of the eco-label may be added here.
IV. Sans préjudice des dispositions définies dans le cadre du système communautaire d'attribution du label écologique, la marque du label peut figurer sur l'étiquette lorsqu'un "label écologique communautaire" a été attribué à un appareil au titre du règlement (CE) n° 1980/2000 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 17 juillet 2000 établissant un système communautaire révisé d'attribution du label écologique(1).

The authorisation shall be reconsidered and the contract revised or terminated, as appropriate, following any revision of the eco-label criteria applicable to a given product.
À l'issue de la révision des critères du label écologique applicables à un produit donné, l'autorisation fait l'objet d'un réexamen et le contrat est revu ou résilié, selon le cas.

This will include revised labelling requirements and an improved basis for carrying out risk assessment.
