1. Sincerely welcomes the conclusion of the agreement that put an end to the conflict concerning Kosovo, and expresses its thanks to all those whose great personal efforts made the conclusion of this agreement possible, especially the EU and Russian special envoys, Mr Ahtisaari and Mr Chernomyrdin;
