(b) certification confirming acceptance of the provisions made by the railway undertaking to meet specific requirements necessary for the safe operation on the relevant network concerning the application of TSI and national safety rules, including those governing driving times for trains, and the certification of staff and rolling stock, based on documentation submitted by the railway undertaking as described in Annex IV.
