Claudette Tardif (Deputy Leader of the Opposition): Honourable senators, I know that the committee has done excellent work with this and is supportive of the amendments and observations that have gone forward, but it is my understanding that Senator Dallaire wanted to say a few words, so I will take the adjournment in Senator Dallaire's name.
