Chacune des parties doit donc mettre en place à présent un ensemble parallèle de mesures de confiance. Les Israéliens doivent lever les restrictions, permettre une normalisation de la vie et se conformer aux dispositions de l'Accord d'Oslo et des accords de Charm el Cheikh.
