To use a specific example, if I were an Internet provider, as anyone can be, and the honourable senator were, forgive me, a pornographer — I know that she is not a pornographer because I know that she does not have even a pornograph — and we agreed that she would produce the pornography and I, as an Internet provider, would provide the means by which she can distribute her pornography, I have merely distributed her pornography, but I have done so knowingly.
