It is true that, considering the difficulties encountered (notably in the matter of translation), the wish to make the new programme available from the beginning of 2007, hence without any break in continuity with the programme that came to an end on 31 December 2006, gave rise to circumstances at the start that were sometimes less comfortable than if the start had been postponed.
Il est exact que, compte tenu des contraintes rencontrées (notamment en matière de traduction), cette volonté de mettre le nouveau programme à disposition dès le début 2007, donc sans rupture de continuité avec le programme qui prenait fin au 31 décembre 2006, a occasionné des conditions de démarrage parfois moins confortables que si ce démarrage avait été reporté.
