En ce qui concerne la publication des noms des bénéficiaires des Fonds structurels et du Fonds de cohésion, cette obligation est détaillée dans le règlement (CE) n° 1828/2006 de la Commission, qui prévoit, à l'article 7, alinéa 1, point d), la publication de trois types d'informations: a) la liste des bénéficiaires, b) le nom des opérations et c) le montant du financement public alloué aux opérations.

(32) The tests specified for the biodegradability of surfactants should be carried out in laboratories meeting an internationally recognised standard, namely EN/ISO/IEC/17025. It would not be justified to ask that this requirement apply to existing surfactants, as the available tests on them were performed before the entry into force of the above-mentioned standard and still provide a comparable level of scientific quality.
(32) Les tests prévus pour déterminer la biodégradabilité des agents de surface doivent être effectués dans des laboratoires satisfaisant à une norme reconnue au niveau international, à savoir EN/ISO/IEC/17025; il ne serait pas justifié de demander l'application de cette dernière exigence à des agents de surface existants, dans la mesure où ceux-ci ont subi les tests disponibles avant l'entrée en vigueur de la norme précitée et que ces tests offrent toujours un niveau comparable de qualité scientifique.
