If the rules are relaxed, I believe that we will see a massive stampede of firms out of the European Union to Asia and Ukraine, or quite simply to regions where taxes are lower, the workforce is cheaper and, it must be admitted, the social state is cheaper.
Si les règles se relâchent, je pense que nous assisterons à un sauve-qui-peut massif d’entreprises hors de l’Union européenne vers l’Asie et l’Ukraine, ou tout simplement vers des régions où la fiscalité est moins élevée, la main d’œuvre moins chère et, il faut l’admettre, l’État social moins cher.
