Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. Definition: A depressive episode, which may be prolonged, arising in the aftermath of a schizophrenic illness. Some schizophrenic symptoms, either positive or negative , must still be present but they no longer dominate the clinical picture. These depressive states are associated with an increased risk of suicide. If the patient no longer has any schizophrenic symptoms, a depressive episode should be diagnosed (F32.-). If schizophrenic symptoms are still florid and prominent, the diagnosis should remain that of the appropriate schizophrenic subtype (F20.0-F20.3).

Where a Member State or the European Parliament requests the Commission to submit a proposal to the Council for removing a third country from the common list, that Member State shall notify the Council in writing of the request made to the Commission. The right of this Member State pursuant to Article 30B(2) shall be suspended with regard to the third country as of the day following the notification of the request to the Council.
