Definition: A transient disorder that develops in an individual without any other apparent mental disorder in response to exceptional physical and mental stress and that usually subsides within hours or days. Individual vulnerability and coping capacity play a role in the occurrence and severity of acute stress reactions. The symptoms show a typically mixed and changing picture and include an initial state of daze with some constriction of the field of consciousness and narrowing of attention, inability to comprehend stimuli, and disorientation. This state may be followed either by further withdrawal from the surrounding situation (to the extent of a dissociative stupor - F44.2), or by agitation and over-activity (flight reaction or fugue). Autonomic signs of panic anxiety (tachycardia, sweating, flushing) are commonly present. The symptoms usually appear within minutes of the impact of the stressful stimulus or event, and disappear within two to three days (often within hours). Partial or complete amnesia (F44.0) for the episode may be present. Definition: A heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by the acute onset of psychotic symptoms such as delusions, hallucinations, and perceptual disturbances, and by the severe disruption of ordinary behaviour. Acute onset is defined as a crescendo development of a clearly abnormal clinical picture in about two weeks or less. For these disorders there is no evidence of organic causation. Perplexity and puzzlement are often present but disorientation for time, place and person is not persistent or severe enough to justify a diagnosis of organically caused delirium (F05.-). Complete recovery usually occurs within a few months, often within a few weeks or even days. If the disorder persists, a change in classification will be necessary. The disorder may or may not be associated with acute stress, defined as usually stressful events preceding the onset by one to two weeks.

Where the Commission receives a notification as referred to in the first subparagraph of Article 29(3), or has other evidence concerning the presence in, or imminent danger of entry into, or spread within, the Union territory of a pest which is not included in the list of Union quarantine pests and it considers that that pest may fulfil the conditions for inclusion in that list, it shall immediately assess whether, as regards the Union territory, that pest fulfils the criteria set out in Subsection 2 of Section 3 of Annex I.

(3) Despite subsection 237(1) of the Act, if a particular reporting period of a selected listed financial institution (other than an investment plan, as defined in subsection 1(1) of the Selected Listed Financial Institutions Attribution Method (GST/HST) Regulations) ends in a particular fiscal year ending in a taxation year of the financial institution and the particular fiscal year begins before July 1, 2010 and ends on or after that day, the instalment to be paid under that subsection within one month after the end of each fiscal quarter ending on or after that day in the particular reporting period is the amount determined under whichever of the following paragraphs the financial institution has elected in prescribed form to determine the instalments for those fiscal quarters under:

(4) If a refund under subsection (1) has been paid in respect of an exported tobacco product, the Minister may refund to the tobacco licensee who manufactured the product the amount, if any, by which the special duty imposed under paragraph 56(1)(a) in respect of the product and paid by the licensee exceeds the amount of the refund under subsection (1) if the licensee applies to the Minister for the refund under this subsection within two years after the product was exported.

The operator shall measure the oxygen concentrations in the flue gas where necessary for calculating the flue gas flow in accordance with subsection B.3 of this section of Annex IV. In doing so, the operator shall comply with the requirements for concentration measurements within Article 41(1) and (2).
