Whereas aquatic invertebrates, other than crustaceans and molluscs, and preparations thereof are presently classified in subheadings 01.06 C, 02.04 C II, 02.06 C III and 16.02 B of the Common Customs Tariff; whereas, as a result, they are covered by Regulation (EEC) N° 827/68; whereas in the harmonized system they will be classified in heading Nos 0307 and 1605; whereas, therefore, it is desirable that the said aquatic invertebrates and preparations thereof be covered by Regulation (EEC) N° 3796/81 of 29 December
considérant que les invertébrés aquatiques, autres que les crustacés et mollusques, et leurs préparations sont actuellement classés dans les sous-positions 01.06 C, 02.04 C II, 02.06 C III et 16.02 B du tarif douanier commun; que, en conséquence, ils sont couverts par le règlement (CEE) N° 827/68; que, dans le système harmonisé, ils seront classés dans les positions 0307 et 1605; qu'il est donc souhaitable que lesdits invertébrés aquatiques et leurs préparations soient couverts par le règlement (CEE) N° 3796/81, du 29 décembre 1981, portant organisation commune des marchés dans le secteur des produits de la pêche (6), modifié en dernier lieu par le règlement (CEE) N° 3759/87 (7); que, en conséquence, ils ne pourront plus être couverts par le règlement (CEE) N° 827/68;
