It taught me that there are a number of things you can learn from some of those developing countries. One thing—and I'm quite sure it exists in the federal Auditor General's office here as well, but it is something that in Canada we sometimes may tend to lose sight of—was that every single person in the National Audit Office in Tanzania recognized they had a role to play to make their country a better place.
