TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Directive 2010/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 on the energy performance of buildings requires Member States to set energy performance requirements for building elements that form part of the building envelope and system requirements in respect of the overall energy performance, the proper installation, and the appropriate dimensioning, adjustment and control of the technical building systems which are installed in existing buildings.
En application de la directive 2010/31/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 19 mai 2010 sur la performance énergétique des bâtiments , les États membres sont tenus de fixer des exigences en matière de performance énergétique pour les éléments de bâtiment qui font partie de l'enveloppe du bâtiment et des exigences concernant les systèmes en matière de performance énergétique totale, d'installation correcte et de dimensionnement, réglage et contrôle appropriés pour les systèmes techniques de bâtiment installés dans des bâtiments existants.

‘technical building system’ means technical equipment for the heating, cooling, ventilation, hot water, lighting or for a combination thereof, of a building or building unit.
«système technique de bâtiment», un équipement technique de chauffage, de refroidissement, de ventilation, de production d’eau chaude, d’éclairage d’un bâtiment ou d’une unité de bâtiment, ou combinant plusieurs de ces fonctions.

§ When buildings undergo major renovation, the energy performance of building or the renovated part thereof shall meet minimum energy performance requirements as this is technically, functionally and economically feasible. The minimum energy performance requirements shall also apply to the technical building systems and to the building elements which have a significant impact on the energy performance of the building envelope whenever they are retrofitted or replaced (Art 7 and 8).

Member States shall, for the purpose of optimising the energy use of technical building systems, set system requirements in respect of the overall energy performance, the proper installation, and the appropriate dimensioning, adjustment and control of the technical building systems which are installed in existing buildings.

Les États membres établissent, aux fins d’optimiser l’utilisation d’énergie des systèmes techniques de bâtiment, des exigences concernant ces systèmes en matière de performance énergétique totale, d’installation correcte et de dimensionnement, réglage et contrôle appropriés des systèmes techniques de bâtiment installés dans des bâtiments existants.

the total cost of the renovation relating to the building envelope or the technical building systems is higher than 25 % of the value of the building, excluding the value of the land upon which the building is situated; or

full check of input data of the technical building system inspected used to issue the inspection report, full verification of the results stated in the inspection report including the recommendations given and an on-site visit of the building to check correspondence between specifications given in the inspection report and the technical building system inspected.

Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that when buildings undergo major renovation or building components and technical building systems or parts thereof are retrofitted or replaced , their energy performance is upgraded in order to meet at least minimum energy performance requirements in so far as this is technically, functionally and economically feasible.
Les États membres prennent les mesures nécessaires pour garantir que, lorsque des bâtiments font l'objet d'une rénovation importante , ou lorsque des composants de bâtiment et des systèmes techniques de bâtiment, ou des parties de ceux-ci, sont modernisés ou remplacés , leur performance énergétique est améliorée de manière à pouvoir satisfaire au moins aux exigences minimales en matière de performance énergétique dans la mesure où cela est techniquement, fonctionnellement et économiquement réalisable.

Requirements shall be set for new, replacement and retrofitting of operating equipment, technical building systems and building components and parts thereof and shall be applied in so far as they are technically and functionally feasible.
Ces exigences sont fixées pour les équipements opérationnels, les systèmes techniques de bâtiment et les composants de bâtiment et les parties de ceux-ci nouvellement installés, ceux installés en remplacement, ainsi que ceux faisant l'objet d'une modernisation, et sont appliquées pour autant qu'elles soient techniquement et fonctionnellement réalisables .
