– (ES) Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, I would once again like to thank Mrs Ahern for her work as rapporteur on this proposal, since she has contributed, in collaboration with the other Members, to the achievement of a very reasonable final result, which in some respects even improves on the proposals of the Commission itself and, of course, on what, from a budgetary point of view, the Council had initially accepted.
- (ES) Madame la Présidente, Mesdames et Messieurs, je souhaite une fois encore remercier Mme Ahern de son travail en tant que rapporteur de cette proposition, car elle a contribué, avec la collaboration des autres parlementaires, à obtenir un résultat finalement très raisonnable, améliorant même certains aspects d'une proposition de la Commission et, bien sûr, de ce que le Conseil avait accepté, au tout début, du point de vue budgétaire.
