The KICs have followed differentiated approaches in building up their strategies and governance structures, reflecting different thematic fields.

Their experience would be useful in determining the thematic fields and lines of action, especially in sectors in which the Commission has no experience or evaluation, such as the local employment agreements, in where the findings of the evaluation of implementation are expected in mid-2002.
