(Le document est déposé) Question n 108 Mme Olivia Chow: En ce qui concerne les programmes de prévention de la criminalité: a) quelles études le gouvernement a-t-il entreprises ou commandées concernant les coupures budgétaires aux programmes sociaux et la hausse du taux de crimes violents depuis 1995; b) quelles études portent spécifiquement sur la hausse du taux de crimes violents parmi les jeunes; c) quelles personnes, quel ministère ou quel organisme ont mené ces études; d) quel est le coût de ces études; e) quelles sont les constatations et les recommandations de ces études; f) combien de projets a-t-on financés au moyen du Fonds d'action en prévention du crime depuis l’année 2000; g) parmi ces projets, combien étaient des projets pilotes et quelle a été la durée de chacun d’entre eux; h) quelle a été la durée du financement de ces projets; i) combien de projets ont été financés à Toronto depuis l’année 2000 et quels sont ces projets; j) quelle somme a été investie chaque année dans le Fonds de lutte contre les activités des gangs de jeunes depuis l’année 2000; k) quels programmes ont été financés au moyen du Fonds de lutte contre les activités des gangs de jeunes à Toronto depuis l’année 2000 et quelle somme d’argent a été accordée dans chaque cas; l) parmi ces projets, combien étaient des projets pilotes et quelle a été la durée de chacun d’entre eux; m) quel financement est accordé chaque année au Centre national de prévention du crime; n) quelle somme tirée du financement du Centre national de prévention du crime a été retranchée ou affectée ailleurs dans le budget de 2006; o) où ont été appliquées les réductions dans le budget de 2006 et quels projets ou organismes ont subi ces réductions; p) quel objectif visait-on et quel résultat a-t-on obtenu en affectant ailleurs la somme tirée du financement du Centre national de prévention du crime; q) combien de programmes ont été financés par le Centre national de prévention du crime depuis l’année ...
