This activity must clearly be reconciled with the need to eliminate employer abuse, and we need to limit the scope of the amendments – some of which, in my opinion, make the legislation too inflexible overall – starting with paternity leave, which seems far removed with regard to a measure issued fundamentally for the protection of women.
Il faut clairement concilier cette activité avec la nécessité d’éliminer les abus des employeurs, et nous devons limiter la portée des amendements - dont certains, à mon avis, rendent la législation trop inflexible dans l’ensemble - en commençant par le congé de paternité, qui semble aller trop loin par rapport à une mesure prévue fondamentalement pour la protection des femmes.
