(b) that part of the Town of Paradise lying northeasterly and northerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly limit of the Town of Paradise with Topsail Road; thence generally westerly along said road to Paradise Road; thence generally northwesterly along said road to Camrose Drive; thence northerly along said drive to the northerly limit of said town; and
b) la partie de la ville de Paradise située au nord-est et au nord d’une ligne décrite comme suit : commençant à l’intersection de la limite est de la ville de Paradise avec le chemin Topsail; de là généralement vers l’ouest suivant ledit chemin jusqu’au chemin Paradise; de là généralement vers le nord-ouest suivant ledit chemin jusqu’à la promenade Camrose; de là vers le nord suivant ladite promenade jusqu’à la limite nord de ladite ville;
