Our fleet has been downsized to the point that we are comparing a West Coast troll fleet of 468 trollers to a fleet that used to have over 2,000 just two years ago, in the same region where we are willing to unleash 400,000 sports fishermen with very few rules and regulations.
Notre flotte a été réduite au point qu'il y a maintenant 468 bateaux de pêche aux lignes traînantes sur la côte Ouest, alors qu'il y en avait plus de 2 000 il y a à peine deux ans, dans la même région où nous n'hésitons pas à donner les coudées franches à 400 000 pêcheurs sportifs, qui sont assujettis à très peu de règles et de règlements.
